Notable Points:

  • Movement: Going somewhere together through multiplication.
  • Just having a goal is a game changer. Gives team and student leaders hope that things are attainable, and keeps everyone moving in the same direction.
  • “More will happen in five years than you could ever imagine, but less will happen in any one year than you’d hope for.”
  • Good “Falls” come from great “Springs.” Prepare your freshman-reaching team a semester in advance. Identify and train freshman bible study leaders.
  • Assess your current stage, and set goals that focus on the long-term process of building a movement.
