Chase is a church planting leader for Send Network in Iowa.

Rashard Barnes


Rashard is from Texas, living in North Carolina. He is married to Meghan and they have two children Malachi and Eden. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Theology. Recently, Rashard worked at Redeemer Church in Lubbock, Texas. At Redeemer, he had oversight over the college ministry, their residency program, small groups, and church discipleship. Over the past months, he transitioned to Charlotte, North Carolina to work at a church-plant Mercy Church. At Mercy, he is the Connections Pastor.

Tom is a collegiate strategist in North Carolina, specializing in international student work. He holds a law degree from Wake Forest and an Mdiv from Princeton. He is the author of No Passport Required: Collegiate Ministry as Global Missions.

Cole Penick


Cole is the Campus Minister for the Baptist Collegiate Ministry at the University of Arkansas. He and his wife, Caroline, live with their four adorable children right in the middle of campus, their mission field. They enjoy family walks on campus, watching and playing sports, making and eating good food, and oh so many books.

Darrick is a collegiate consultant with the NoCampusLeft team. He lives in North Carolina with his wife and two sons.
